at Coeur d'Alene Summer Theatre

here's the progression of mold-building:

Plaster cast of a male oval-shaped face modelling clay is added to the plaster cast nose
nose, cheekbones roghed out and tusk-teeth, lower lip added cheekbones formed
bridge of nose re-demonstrated; bend 6 clay caterpillars across bridge
nostrils, nosetip sculpted i experimenbted spraying mold with Plasti-Dip® rubberizer.  Meh.
i thought it might act as a smoothing-agent / mold release. Not really. i think the theory is ok, but the product was made to stick to things, even plaster.
